Ramon van Hal grew up in the Randstad: the harbor and the Waterweg were practically in the back garden. With a background of retail and international trade, he joined logistics in 2000. After a period as a forwarder and customs declarant, he worked on various projects in the field of logistics, marketing and innovation at an internationally operating freight forwarder. After 15 years of logistics, he became a teacher at the STC Group to share his knowledge and experience with new generations of port managers.
